We’re confident you’ll love your Sip product, which is why we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the original purchase price—no questions asked.

How Refunds Work:

• You have 30 days from the purchase date to return the product(s) and qualify for a refund.
• We do not accept returns after 30 days.
• Due to the nature of our product, we don’t offer exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, email us at hello@drinksip.co within 7 days of receipt.
  
  

To Qualify for a Refund:

• The returned product(s) must be less than 20% used (about 5 scoops*).
• A copy of your original receipt must be included (bank statements won’t be accepted).

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll issue a refund or store credit equal to the original purchase price (minus shipping & handling). Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and Sip doesn’t cover these expenses.
