Challenges will be emailed to you every Sunday evening and announce the previous weeks photo upload winner.

The final 5km challenge can be completed at an official 5km run event such as park run, or by using a run tracking app such as Strava or map my run.

The final deadline for completing and uploading your 5km run is 12pm on June the 2nd. The final prize draw for participants who have completed the challenge will be announced at 6pm that evening.

There will be weekly prizes for completing the weekly photo upload which will be issued as part of your weekly program. The final prize for one lucky participant who completes the challenge is some Brooks Ghost run shoes, Strykefit active wear, and a Sip pack. A photo upload showing completion of a 5km run must be completed as proof of completing the challenge.

Yes you can complete your 5km run on a treadmill.

This challenge is designed for the beginner runner. The program will slowly increase in distance each week, and you simply do it at your own pace.

If you have any health concerns we recommend seeing a doctor before the challenge. As the program is designed for complete beginners no real preparation or initial training is required.
